One-Time Orders
To cancel a one-time order, contact us at support@forcegainfit.com with your order number as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel and issue a full refund. Once shipped, our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies — see our Refund Policy for details.
Subscription Orders
You may cancel your FORCEGAIN™ subscription at any time with no fees or penalties. To cancel:
- Log into your account at forcegainfit.com
- Go to My Subscriptions
- Select Cancel Subscription
Or email us at support@forcegainfit.com. To avoid being charged for your next cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
