we begin preparing your order. Orders ship within 1-2 business 
days from our Houston, TX facility.

We ship within the United States using reliable carriers. Standard 
shipping is available for all orders.

Shipping Costs
Shipping Costs
For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies. Orders 
over $50 ship free. All subscription orders qualify for free 
shipping automatically, regardless of order total.

Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days from the date 
of order processing. This is an estimate — actual delivery times 
may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or 
carrier delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. 
It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in 
the carrier's system. You can also track your order using the 
Track Your Order link in our footer.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not 
responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or 
incomplete address information.

Non-Delivery or Lost Packages
If your package is not delivered within the estimated timeframe or 
is lost in transit, contact our customer support team at 
support@forcegainfit.com. We will investigate with the carrier and 
arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
