How much creatine is in one scoop?
Each 8.45 g scoop provides 5,000 mg of creatine monohydrate, 1,000 mg of L-taurine, 180 mg of sodium, and 25 mg of AstraGin®.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also select “Track Your Order” in the website footer.
Can I see the Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Our first production batch is currently undergoing independent testing. The completed Certificate of Analysis will be published on our Lab Results page after the results have been verified by the laboratory.

Do I need to complete a loading phase?
No. A loading phase is optional and is not required to benefit from daily creatine supplementation.
Take one scoop daily as directed. Consistent daily use can gradually increase muscle creatine stores over approximately three to four weeks. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before following a higher-dose loading protocol, as FORCEGAIN™ contains additional active ingredients beyond creatine.
Is it safe to take every day?
Creatine monohydrate has been extensively studied and is generally considered safe for healthy adults when used as directed.

How quickly will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within one to two business days from our Houston, Texas facility. Most customers receive their orders within three to five business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact support@forcegainfit.com within 30 days of delivery.
Both opened and unopened tubs may be eligible for a refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for complete terms.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Is FORCEGAIN™ third-party tested?
Our first production batch is currently undergoing independent testing for identity, potency, heavy metals, and microbial contaminants.
The completed laboratory results will be published on our Lab Results page when testing is complete. We will not display passing results until they have been verified by the laboratory.
Where is FORCEGAIN™ manufactured?
FORCEGAIN™ is manufactured in the United States at a facility that follows current Good Manufacturing Practices. Supporting testing and quality documentation will be published or made available when verified.
