30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every FORCEGAIN™ product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@forcegainfit.com within 30 days of delivery.

1. Return Period

We offer a 30-day return window beginning on the date your order is delivered. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility

We accept returns of both opened and unopened tubs within the 30-day return period. Returned items must be placed in their original packaging or similar protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact support@forcegainfit.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, contact information, and reason for the return.
  3. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error or the product is damaged or defective.
  5. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns sent without tracking.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

  1. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  2. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
  3. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
  4. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or the product arrived damaged or defective.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@forcegainfit.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging when applicable.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
